How advertisers can prepare for an adless future on Google

Given that 80% of the tech giant’s revenue is driven by advertising while it continues to monetize its Moonshot businesses, what is the end objective of letting users remove advertising preferences?

    This is only harmful for Google's competitors. Google will still own search and can target ads towards those search terms.

    Google Ads is based more on what the user is looking for, than who he/she is. The first is user intent, which is initiated by the user, and the second is solely relying on user data collected over time.

    Facebook's loss is Google's win.

    Google will figure out a way to sell customer data to advertisers. Their entire business depends on it. That's not just going to go away.
