How are you prepping for your upcoming product / SaaS launch?

Hey friends,

What are some of the high priority marketing & distribution tasks in your to-do list, ahead of your next product / SaaS launch ?

I’m planning to launch a Notion dashboard for solo product marketers in coming days. Some of the action items on my list (not necessarily for PH launch) are:

a) Creating launch assets like teaser images, product tagline & description, demo video etc.
b) Connect 1:1 with product marketing influencers on Sharebird, Facebook & Linkedin communities
c) Set up Facebook Conversion Ads & Linkedin Awareness Ads

How are you guys planning to go about your launch prep ?
Any advise on what else I can add to my launch prep task list ?
