How can I change my USD in PayPal to HKD?

I receive some money in my paypal account each month (from my shopify app). Basically, I spend hkd but my customers pay me usd

How can I change the usd to hkd? I asked Wise (formerly TransferWise) but it replies me it is not possible.

Directly transfer from paypal to my bank account is ok. But the rate offered by PayPal is expensive. What are the alternatives?
