How Can I Create a Minimum Viable $99 Course !?

I want to create a course that builds on the content I already publish on my blog and sell through an ebook.

I am trying to figure out what the minimum viable course is ? What types of features should it have ? How long does it need to be? Is there a blueprint or any advice that can be shared as to how to structure it?
