To give direction to the conversation, what are the things you work on your own, and what are the things that can be delegated/outsourced simply because of lack of knowledge or being too time-consuming.

as an indie maker I found it stressful to delegate. In fact I found it takes longer to delegate as instead of working on the problem I'm creating docs and videos to explain the problem. But in some rare cases in explaining what the problem is to someone, I solve it.
I can relate to it. In general, what kind of work you want to delegate (but can't due to this long communication process)?
Dev work that I don't know where to start to debug. But it's tough because often a codebase is all in my head, not in anyone elses.
