How do I connect with startup recruiting team and hiring managers?
I need to customer interview a bunch of hiring teams and my network isn't comprised of startup recruiters and hiring managers, does anyone have any networking tips?

With sales Navigator on Linkedin (pretty sure it's free the 1st month) you can find people with those titles and try cold outreaching. From there if you can find any meetups (there might actually be some groups on meetup.com) for recruiters and managers you might be able to connect with people that way as well.

What is your skillset + years of experience? I used to work in tech recruiting. If you have the right skillset and are looking in the right geography recruiters WANT to talk to you.
Full stack engineer, SF, 2 yoe, last job was Instacart swe, do you have anyway to help spin that so recruiters will talk to me? Job before was at Indeed.com.

Have you tried reaching out to recruiting agencies? Some of them have specialists that work for startup divisions.
