How do I receive emails to addresses like e.g. support@...?

Google Workspace aliases suck, Groups suck, how do I actually do this in an easy way?
I want to receive emails appropriately tagged to my personal business inbox (i.e. john.doe@business.com), and reply to them right there, but have the "From" field be e.g. support@business.com, with an appropriate display name e.g. "$BusinessName Support".
To clarify, I don't want to manually edit the From field or any of that, I want an easy automatic process.
