How do we get into Heroku startup program?

Hey, indiehackers,

Heroku offers some benefits to Startups, but they want you to be a part of an accelerator or an incubator. Well, not every startup is a part of one.

We're a startup and we use their services and are interested into this program.

Does anyone have any experience with Heroku startup program? Does anyone know how to get accepted if you're not a part of an official accelerator/incubator?
