How do we start approaching banks

We developed an AI powered SaaS platform for small banks and credit unions to help them better manage the risk of their unsecured loans. It's difficult to bring that first bank (customer) who is willing to try it. How do we approach them? Is there a better way than cold calling/emailing? Any techniques that can work?
