How do you change people's travel behaviour?

I know it feels complicated at first and that's the key issue I want to solve. I see that there is a huge market gap, and people are unaware that they could get the same room for a lower price, but how can we change the behaviour so they would use a freemium service like this?

I would appreciate anyyy ideas on how to market it? 🙂
