How do you collect feedback for your apps?

Hi Hackers,

I was wondering how do you track your users feedback? How do you collect feedback for your apps, allow your users to submit bugs and request new features?

Do you think, if you allow such features, it will bring more value to your product and do you think you would feel more connected to your users?

If the answer is yes to the questions above, do you use some product that's already out in the market, or do you implement your own in-house solutions?

What kind of features do you expect such product to have in order for you to consider using it?
