How do you enrich your leads?

Hey everyone! I'm an SEO guy looking to implement email outreach in my strategies. I would love to know how you are enriching your leads with items like first/last names, roles etc.

I have several tools at my disposal for gathering emails, but finding additional contact data has been a challenge.

I have an individual working for me that has been doing some of my prospecting--what would be a reasonable expectation as far as time spent per lead?
