How do you look for UX jobs? 👀

Hello fellow designers,

I am wondering, when you looking for a new UX job, where do you usually start?

• Is it Google or a specific platform?
• If you start from a particular job board, what website is it and why do you like it?
• what are you particularly interested in in the job offer? (requirements, salary, perks, company, product?)
• do you see any downsides and upsides of current job boards?

I am asking because I plan to build my own UX job board based on my 7 years of experience working for one of the biggest job platform in Germany .

But to do that, I need your help ;) Any valuable feedback will be appreciated!
