When doing interviews for the first iteration of my product, I just put the interview findings on my notes app and read through them to find out the biggest things to fix in our app.
After a few months, I transitioned all of the interviews to a google drive folder so that I can flip through all customer feedback from each sprint.
Now we are on Sprint 47, and it's hard to have a birds eye view of all of the user feedback and staying in line with pain points we've uncovered from day 1.
Are there any tools or resources you guys use to organize all of the user interviews?
It's constantly reiterated that speaking to users often is key to building a great product, but the details of how to make the most of that information is not as obvious.
Cheers!
