How do you pay remote employees ?

I am starting a company (first time) on this idea: have the tools to create and operate a fully remote digital company ?

I am wondering how you pay employees ? (Particularly for those fully remote + global companies)

Would a tool that gives you and your employees a borderless bank account + setting up the monthly (or weekly) payments to your employees would be useful to you ?

Currently our API supports giving Australian, British, European IBAN, US and New Zealand bank accounts to your company and your employees.

I work remotely and I usually get my payments via Transferwise.

I use Transferwise too to pay from UK to India. The money reaches from UK to major Indian bank accounts within 5mins. The best I've had is three seconds which was unbelievable!

I believe Gusto might also be a solution, not sure though for your case.

We currently use OrbitRemit and find it very easy to use. The transfer fees are quite minimal (range from $4 to $6 depending on the country you're sending money to).

I've been working remotely for a couple of years now. And I would always suggest that a client of mine would pay me via Payoneer since the fee is cheaper than Paypal.

And yes a tool that gives you a borderless bank account + recurring payment is very very helpful. You can also look at stripe and And Co. They have the same capability and plus Payoneer.

Add PayPal and Payoneer support, too. They're both quite big among freelancers and remote employees. The latter namely in countries with limited availability of other services and with shitty banking.
