How do you prevent spammy users?

Hi there,

I'm building Pipewing.com, where I want to connect remote workers from the same city. It got a lot of initial traction. However, occasionally, someone signs up and then creates a spammy profile. E.g. here https://pipewing.com/dashboard/map/. How would you deal with that, to keep the initial user base great?
