How do you prioritize?
Prioritizing is the process of understanding and ranking items of importance. As a product manager, it's imperative to be quick and effective at prioritizing.
When you set priorities, you will be deciding which tasks are the most important and need to be taken care of before others. One goal is to balance the costs of resources with the benefits of completing a task.
To be successful in the creation of your product, list the desired outcome of the product and the features associated with it. Ask your customers to rate them according to how important they are and how satisfied they are with them.
