So many projects to do. How do you stay focused on the main thing you do without "the next big thing" derailing you?
Is it truly one thing? Or is it a lot of little things put together? When I get tired of working on a portion of my project, I work until I hit a good checkpoint, and then pivot to another part of the project. Almost like productive procrastination
Struggle with this a lot myself.
My best approach has been to just consistently check-in (2x a week) and reflect on my goals and values. Then I make sure I always prioritize the most important work first.

By doing a bit more upfront planning, it takes out the guesswork when I am considering working on a shiny new thing.
