How do you stay in touch?

Whether friends, clients, or any other kind of relationship, it is not easy to stay in touch with people.

What is your approach ?

Additionally, how do you actually get in touch with people in the first place ?

For a little bit of context, when you research an idea, the best work you can accomplish is actually talking to people who could be interested (see The Mom Test for that). But finding those people is not easy.

Maybe it's just hard work though.
