Question for the founders and early investors here: when a plan changes direction, how do you keep a record of why? A Notion doc, Slack scrollback, or honestly just memory? Genuinely curious what actually works — because I couldn't find anything that did.

Here's where this comes from.

Early-stage crypto investment. The project was promising — and it still is. It grew, shipped, moved forward.

But along the way, it changed direction. Multiple times. New priorities, new focus areas, and different decisions than originally planned.
