I'm drowning in a sea of subscriptions – design tools, project management, email marketing, you name it! Keeping track of them all, especially the costs, is a nightmare.
Right now, I'm using a Google Sheet to record subscription names, costs, and renewal dates, and even add notes about usage. It works okay, but it's clunky and time-consuming to update.
I'm curious – what do you guys use to track your software subscriptions?
-- Are you a spreadsheet person like me?
-- Do you swear by a specialized subscription management tool?
-- Is there a hidden gem app I'm missing out on?

P.S. Discovered Talisman today on PH. It sounds promising so far. I am giving it a spin: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/talisman-3
Your posts history has just been promoting launches on PH
I just use a spreadsheet. I also have all my business expenses on one card that automatically tracks my costs.
Ahah a subscription to manage other subscriptions!
Jokes aside, seems useful - although I tend to like the old bank account check. Even when I was managing $60M ARR, I would still go to the bank account every 2 months - it's amazing the kind of stuff you find.
