How do you utilize pricing tables?

I'm honestly curious as I'm relatively new in the indiehacker world. Let's share some practices, maybe some best practices and pain points.

1. What pricing model did you choose?

Subscription, Freemium, Pay-per-use, Tiered pricing, Usage-based pricing, Per-seat pricing, Per-user pricing, Flat fee, Enterprise pricing

2. How do people actually choose in your website?

Like after they click on a plan and signed up, do you send them to checkout page or you have a price table inside too and they have to choose again? Etc.

3. What's your choice for checkout and maybe invoicing?

Is it mostly Stripe or PayPal, Square, Zoho Invoice, FreshBooks, etc?

4. Do you have any pain points setting up and updating price tables?

How do you test your prices? How often you have to update the code? Is it easy or time consuming for you? Do you run sale campaigns? Do you have any clue how people behave when hovering over your price table?
