How have you created a pricing model?

I am currently wrapping up my MVP for an Application Security SaaS.

The MVP includes Secure Static Code scanning (SAST), Infrastructure as Code security assessments, and secret scanning. Quickly secure the code and products that businesses create.

Many competitors or like-products have many different ways of pricing. It's all over the map:

• Per developer pricing - (number of developers active)
• Per lines of code
• Number of code repositories

I'd love the feedback of this group, especially those who have served similar clients (developers & engineers), as I have heard complaints about all of the above pricing models from their users.
