How long should I commit to my new project?
So two weeks ago I started codequarantine. There seems to be some good initial traction and I am thinking about fully committing to it for a certain amount of time and see if I can really make a great business out of it.
Financially I have at least a 12 month (probably closer to 18 months) runway to maintain myself.
What do you think is a right way to approach this. Set milestones and otherwise find a job again? Or never quit within 6 months?

Ditch any/all 'safety nets' and live it, if you believe in it and you believe in you. You will have to believe in it, believe in you and get lucky for it to be successful. You have control over 2 of those things. Go with your gut and go all-in!

How you feel before it lands should tell you what you want ;)
How much revenue is the project making? How much revenue do you need to get to break even? What will it take to get to that point?
It is not making any revenue yet.
I want to sell subscriptions for 49$ / month. So it will take some more time creating content and setting up the platform properly to have users learn inside the platform, and then obviously sell the subscription.
I'd recommend having some revenue before quitting, although I think you have a pretty comfortable length of runway.
