How many customer case studies do you actually have, and when did you last publish one?

Genuinely asking, not building up to a point.

Everyone I talk to who sells B2B agrees case studies do more for a deal than reviews or ratings do. Then I go and look at the site and there are two, both a couple of years old, and one's with a customer they don't even work with anymore.

So I'm curious how common that is here. If you sell to businesses:

How many do you have live right now, and when did you last publish one?

And if it's been a while, what actually stopped you? Curious whether it's the customer never replying, them saying no, nobody owning it internally, or it just keeps sliding down the list.

"Zero, and here's why" is a completely useful answer by the way. I'm not after best practice, I've read plenty of that. More interested in what the real state of it is for people.
