How many times had you failed, before succeeded? 😲

We read a lot of success stories here, however not everyone knows that each success story most often is a product of a series of failures and lessons learnt. I believe discussing them is as equally important. I am sure there are people on IH who are now working on their 2nd, 5th, or even 10th venture. If you are one of these people, please share with the rest:

1. Is your current project successful? If yes, please define its "success".
2. How many projects have you tried bootstrapping (and gave up) prior to the current one?
3. What are the key lessons learnt from your previous projects that you are applying in today's one?
