How much focus should to put on Google PageSpeed Insights?

I've recently built my first alpha (a runner's pace calculator) and launched it on AWS amplify.

I've looked at Google Lighthouse and I have one desktop amber warning.

My questions.

Is it possible to have 100 on all items?

How much energy should you focus on getting to 100?

Does anyone have any tangible insights into how improving Lighthouse scores improved their website?
