How QR codes helps businesses today?

I've seen a surge in usage of QR codes - especially on YouTube ads (yup, I am not on Premium). I hardly use the platform anyway, just for research. Guess being a CEO means you have no time for watching other trending videos, huh?

Anyway, I am planning to use QR codes to help reach a wider audience. But I don't know how since we are in the logo design industry.

Any suggestions?
