As I continue to piece ideas together for a newsletter, I can't stop wondering if I'm qualified enough to put it in place.
I just started Take the Leap, which is a newsletter aimed at aspiring developers. (This is the first time that I'm publicly talking about it, BTW). The idea is to help people get their foot into tech.
Four years ago, I graduated from law school, but long before graduation I knew that law wasn't for me. I still completed my degree and, after two relatively intense years of ambitious work (and eating through my savings), I landed my first developer role at a startup where I've been developing software for the past two years.
I see others trying to break into tech, making the same mistakes that I did; this is where the motivation for the newsletter was born. However, I keep wondering: am I qualified enough to help others?
Have you ever experienced something similar with your newsletter? How qualified do you feel for yours?
