A good read. Quite relevant for me right now both on a personal level, and as someone looking to start a business and so having lots of professional failures lined up in my future!

Very valuable article. A different perspective to failure, and it's valuable because we now see failure in a positive way.

Really needed to hear this today. Feel like everything I'm doing lately is failing. Thanks for the advice and tips, it's helped me to view things differently.

My sister used to say to me as a kid that you can put 110% into something and still not do well. She'd say this after she'd 'only' achieve B grades at school. I didn't get it back then because society tells us that if we work hard enough we will succeed. And our parents did too. They said my sister wasn't working hard enough. But it's not true, my sister worked hard. You can do everything in your power to be good at something but it doesn't mean you are going to succeed. It's about knowing your strengths and weaknesses. Play to your strengths and get someone else to fill in the gaps where you have weaknesses - that's how you succeed in business.
