I have a video bot product called Wookees, which I sell through subscriptions. How do I generate leads? How do I get in new customers? Any inputs or advise is much appreciated.

Last year I was able to generate leads and sales through LinkedIn Cold Outreach.
I would send connections to at least 50 targeted people everybody and then based on the people who responded would target those people more. If someone connected with me I'd send a follow up message asking for a meeting.
During the meeting I would go over what we do and who we intend to help. If they were interested I'd try to "slowly" (1-2 meetings) drive the conversation to be more sales oriented.
Over about 8 months this process drove our revenue to a ~3x increase, and we weren't super consistent (this year's goal is to be consistent with this process).
One thing to note is in the messaging to either be pretty direct with what you're looking for but try to be more research oriented than sales in the beginning (learn about them and their problems then align your solution to that problem if it can be of value)

No prob! You can also use a similar cold outreach strategy on other platforms/channels like email, twitter, etc, but we've by far been doing the best on LinkedIn.
(Also since Wookees is a video bot you may want to try Youtube, TikTok, and Instagram however depending on what/how your posting this may take longer than cold outreach)
