How to get customer interviews in B2C?

In our B2C product https://www.bumpy.app we've been trying to reach our users by cold emails to invite them to make a customer interview with us but they won't answer.

How to get customer interviews in B2C? Any hacks?

P.S. Proposition to get a free subscription doesn't work.
