How to launch my SaaS product?

I'm building a tool for D2C and B2C brands. I've got two users from my friends group. However, I wanted to reach a larger audience when I officially launch my product.
I hardly believe my targeted customers will be active in Product Hunt. So what are all other means to reach out to them?
In the beginning, cold outreach is often the best way. Find people who you think have the problem you're trying to solve. This might mean extensive research online to try and find right person, via LinkedIn, company directory, etc. Send a friendly but succinct email that explains your product in one sentence and how it will make their _personal _ job easier. I would emphasize that you're looking for feedback, people are often eager to help.
This. Cold outreach can be uncomfortable but it's very effective.

However, I've tried cold out reach via LinkedIn and also via Instagram since many D2C owners are there. But didn't get much of a response from them
I wouldn't rely on PH to be honest not had any luck myself on that. It's also like a single time thing you either make it or are on the bottom of the pile.
