So my coder friend and I started a web development company with no clients except for one that was finished and a few current prospects. I have mentors that are very well accomplished, and I am meeting with them in six months to show my growth in what I have done. I have set some high goals for my 2024 year, and that is to make $100,000 by the end of December. I am not too sure how to measure my performance or how to really get after clients other than cold emails and reaching out in person.
I have prototyped a "new" referral system for web development and will see how well it works, but so far everything is still in the early stages. So I want to be focusing on sales and making the sites for now.
