How to onboard creators

Hello everyone,
I am really passionate about building something in the creator economy, after researching a lot, I always came up with problem-solving ideas and for validation, I try to connect with creators who have some followers. I tried writing cold emails, dm, and posts, but still, there is no response from them. It's impossible to connect with creators that have a good amount of followers. I am not sure how can I get their feedback and move forward. Am I doing it wrong, without any connection trying to build something for the creator economy?
