How would you promote this growth solution?

I'm building a community/platform for entrepreneurs, marketers and side hustlers to share, upvote and support each others' growth efforts.

My plan is to create a waitlist and launch when there are enough people interested to make it viable.

I plan on sharing the landing page on social media and online communities and also reaching out to people who seem to have a pain point this might solve. For example, I could reach out to people who generate only a few upvotes on ProductHunt, etc.

What else would you suggest? If this is something you would benefit from, would you add to or modify any of the messaging in any way?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about the 'channel' in the beginning for products like this. I know that we always hear about apps/products that just come out of nowhere with a waitlist and get thousands of sign ups almost overnight, but the reality is that these ¨launches" probably took months, if not years, of behind-the-scenes manual community building.

The way that I would do it is to handpick people that you think might find value in your solution. Reach out to them directly. You can do a post on social media but don't expect that this will drive traffic too much.

Can you share more info on what your platform's use cases are?

      Thanks for the feedback, Jerome.

As I mention above, I do plan on reaching out to people as one of the strategies. I'm really trying to figure out as many strategies/tactics as possible to see what works for this and what doesn't.

I list out a few uses cases on the landing page here: https://thegrowthpack.unicornplatform.page/

Does that make sense? I'd be happy to expand on or clarify any of the points.

Make a product hunt launch checklist. Include your community in there. you can create it in google sheets in a day. Get improvements crowdsourced (maybe make it open to collaboration) to show the power of a community.

    Foster.co crowd wrote their manifesto.
