I almost quit working on Hagfish
I wanted to quit working on Hagfish - a platform where creators can send and manage their invoices - so many times with the doubt of "no one is ever going to use this".
But I forge ahead regardless because if there is one thing I hate, it's not completing something because of the fear of failure.
Worst case scenario, Hagfish has me as the only user and it still will be a success as it's the platform I wish I had when I had to manually use Google Docs all those years for invoicing when I was actively doing paid technical writing.

Publisher request an invoice -> I go to Google Docs -> duplicate an invoice -> change details -> export to pdf -> open email client -> get publisher email -> send them invoice via email.
With Hagfish 👇🏾
Publisher request invoice -> I create a new invoice on Hagfish -> Send invoice from Hagfish
Plus I can save client details for later sending, I can see invoices that have been paid, overdue, etc.
And this is just the beginning, I want Hagfish to be the platform where I take care of the business side of being a creator and also working with other creators.
