I am changing my product-building process

In the past, I would spend countless hours designing and developing a product, but then I would realize that there was little or no demand for the product. This approach often led to a waste of time, resources, and money.

This time I'm going to spend quite a bit of time validating the idea, then creating the landing page, then designing it, and finally creating it.

My first step is to write a Medium article on the subject, looking forward to feedback.

If it's something that interests you, please take a look at the article below "Overcoming Information Overload as a New Mom or Dad".

Good for you Mehmet! I've had similar experiences of spending way too much time on products without validating that there is actual demand. I'm definitely looking to avoid that moving forward.

One thing to keep in mind when validating is that, often times, talk is cheap. People will say they like a product and would use it, but when push comes to shove, they won't. Not that it's always appropriate, but I'd definitely lean towards making them "vote with their wallets" instead of their mouths. Also, you can consider doing presales.
