I built a $0 Subscription Tracker (and got my first 3 users)

I kept losing money on forgotten free trials (Adobe, Netflix). I tried using Excel, but I hated it.

So this weekend, I built SubTracker (LAMP stack on free hosting).

The Problem: My original free hosting domain was flagged by Google as "Dangerous," killing 100% of my traffic.
The Fix: I migrated to a new server yesterday, fixed the SSL, and finally got my first 3 stranger signups from Discord.

The Goal: I'm trying to get to 10 active users without spending a dollar on ads or hosting.

It's ugly, it's manual, but it works.
