I built a chatbot for SaaS, but 0 visitors have used it so far!

We had already invested 3 months in building an intelligent A. I chatbot.

We know online visitors use chatbots, especially on e-commerce websites or other industries.

But we decided to build the chatbot for SaaS, and we failed!

We did an A/B test and found that among 3000 visitors, no one has used it!

We tested different UI of a chatbot with different copies and failed again.

My question is, do the SaaS visitors not use chatbots?

Or am I solving the wrong problem?
