I built a fake-door validator — and validated it with itself
Most of us have shipped something to crickets. ProofKit is my fix: a credible fake-door page + a priced CTA + an honest demand verdict (anchored to a ~300-session floor so you can't fool yourself), in one loop you reuse for every idea.
The thing I care about most: it refuses to lie. No fake payment step, and below the sample-size floor it says "not enough data" instead of a green light. I like that you're treating validation as something that should resist optimism rather than encourage it.
The requirement for a minimum evidence threshold stood out to me. A tool that says "not enough data yet" when the sample is too small is often more valuable than one that's eager to declare every idea validated.
