I built a fully automated faceless video pipeline. It runs 24/7, my client doesn't touch it. Here's exactly how.

18 months ago I was doing manual video editing for clients. Today I run an AI pipeline that scripts, voices, edits, captions, and schedules videos automatically. My client just checks the output.

Script generation, voiceover, B-roll selection, rendering, scheduling.
No manual steps. No timeline. No editor needed.

My client logs into a dashboard, sees the queue, approves if he wants,
or just lets it run.

I'm charging $229/month per client for a fully managed instance on a dedicated server.
The whole thing runs on Contabo for ~$15/month infrastructure cost.

What I learned:

1. Faceless video is not dead, it's just getting automated
2. Founders don't want to learn video editing. They want consistent output.
3. The value isn't the tech. It's the system running without them.
