I built a self-serving advertisement solution for myself

I've been writing articles and building free online tools like Avataaars Generator, and they all have decent constant traffic. I want to write more articles as a way to do content marketing for my products. But the problem is, how do I convert the traffic into sales effectively? The more content I have, the more traffic doesn't mean I can convert them better. I realized that I needed a solution for this. I am a firm believer in building products for your own needs first and then finding customers latter approach. I didn't find anything that fits my need, so I've decided to build one for my own needs.

After using it for a while, I finally officially launched it as a product today -- PolisNetwork.

https://polisnetwork.io/

PolisNetwork is a simple self-serving advertisement solution for converting website traffic into sales. Here's a story that came to mind about how PolisNetwork could help startup owner grow their business.

Say Abby is a coffee lover. She writes great articles about coffee, and her website got great organic traffic. But her real dream is to create her own coffee brand. With PolisNetwork, Abby can put ads into her article and convert them into sales. She can set a random chance of each ad and track the performance to decide which is more effective. So instead of paying and relying on expensive ads, she can now focus more on keep writing great articles and improving her products.

I also wrote an article here sharing the features of the product here:

It's still in the early beta stage. Hope some of you find it useful. Please feel free to let me know if you have any feedback.

And for indie hackers, if you want to try out the Pro plan, please let me know by sending an email to support@polisnetwork.io mentioning that you are from Indie Hackers and I can use your account free to use Pro for a few months 😁
