I built a thing!
Well, I been a software dev for over a decade now and finally built something of my own. It's a portal app for companies to look more professional than just a Facebook page. This is my first SAAS product and I have had it in a production environment for a week or so. I haven't talked much about it yet since A I am bit of an introvert and B I was just tuckered out from putting so much time into it. Anyhoo, It's called Simplortal and I think it can help out a broad range of of businesses I kind of targeted construction, real estate, and marketing agencies for now.
Still early days. Would love any feedback from people who've been here longer than me.

Congrats on the launch! Moving from a decade of dev work to your first SaaS is a huge milestone. The 'professionalism' gap you’re solving is real—a Facebook page just doesn't cut it for high-ticket clients in construction or real estate.
But here is the hard truth you need to hear as a solo founder: Being an introvert is a luxury your business can't afford right now. You’ve targeted industries like Real Estate and Construction where 'Authority' and 'Public Image' are everything. If Simplortal isn't being talked about in the news or featured in business publications, these old-school clients will never trust a 'new' portal with their professional image.
In these niches, if you aren't visible in the media, you basically don't exist to them. Have you thought about how you're going to bridge that trust gap? Because without high-level media validation, getting a construction firm to switch from their current setup to yours is going to be an impossible sell.
