I built a tool for influencers to share products to make affiliate income but got stuck

It's just that I am not able to reach my target audience (Youtubers, Instagrammers) who use affiliate links a lot. I have seen youtubers adding many links in their video desc saying "camera gear I use". They could do it with just one link (Example: https://www.flairpost.com/@admin/dcv-expeditions-camera-gear-601) but I am unable to reach masses.

I tried to share about my web app on reddit but due to self promotion, my posts are getting removed. How do I tell youtubers to use my web app? It's FREE too. No addition load on their expenses.
