The churn-bleed framing ("you're losing $X ARR monthly") is genuinely the right angle — most founders stare at MRR but don't think in annualized churn cost. That framing makes the number feel real.
One thing to think about as you iterate: Stripe's data model is messier than it looks from the outside. Revenue figures from Stripe can be misleading if you have trials converting, prorations, coupons, failed charges that partially recover, etc. A "3.8% churn" number means something different depending on how you're counting — subscriber churn vs revenue churn vs logo churn. If MAX is going to give confident strategic recommendations, you'll want to be very explicit about which definition you're using and why.
The "5 ranked strategic moves" output is interesting. What does a wrong recommendation look like? That's the failure mode I'd want to stress-test before real founders act on it.
