Building InstaCards (instacards.ai) — an AI tool that generates greeting cards and social media posts from a text description.
The problem: Small business owners and content creators spend 30+ minutes per social post in Canva. Greeting cards take even longer. Most people just don't bother.
The solution: Type what you want → AI generates a complete card or social post with:
- Custom AI-generated image
- Text overlay
- Caption + hashtags (for social posts)
- Multiple design variations

What's working: The product itself — people who try it create cards. The AI quality is genuinely good.
What's not working: Distribution. Zero organic traffic. All signups are from personal network.
