I built BerxyaAI to help Shopify

A lot of ecommerce stores lose potential customers for a simple reason: people have questions, but they do not get an answer quickly enough.
Questions about products, sizing, shipping, returns, or which option is best can easily stop someone from buying.
That is why I built BerxyaAI.
It is an AI sales assistant for Shopify stores that can:
answer customer questions 24/7
recommend products from the store catalog
capture leads
save conversations for follow-up
help shoppers make buying decisions faster
The main goal was never to build another basic chatbot.
I wanted to build something closer to a digital sales employee that understands the store and helps customers before they leave.
BerxyaAI is now live on the Shopify App Store, which is a big milestone for me.
I am still improving the product and learning a lot about what store owners actually need.
Feedback from other founders, Shopify developers, and ecommerce store owners would be genuinely useful.
