I built FollowPack β€” turn client calls into follow-up emails in 10 seconds

I just launched FollowPack, a tool that takes your meeting transcripts and instantly generates a complete client follow-up pack.

πŸ”— https://followpack.pagecleans.com

What it does

After a client call, you paste in the meeting transcript (or upload a file β€” text or audio), pick the meeting type, and FollowPack generates:

  • Follow-up email β€” ready to copy and send
  • Action items β€” auto-extracted from the conversation
  • Meeting summary β€” key decisions and discussion points
  • CRM note β€” paste directly into Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

You can also switch between professional, friendly, and concise tones depending on your relationship with the client.

The problem

I was spending 20-30 minutes after every client meeting writing follow-up emails, digging through notes for action items, and manually updating my CRM. It was the worst part of my day β€” repetitive, tedious, and easy to put off. I figured if I hated it, other freelancers and consultants probably did too.

Why FollowPack

Most meeting tools focus on transcription and summaries. FollowPack is specifically built for the follow-up β€” the part that actually matters after the call ends. You're not getting a generic summary; you're getting a polished email you can send right away, a clean list of action items, and a CRM-ready note. No meeting bot to install, no calendar integration to set up. Just paste and go.

Free tier

You can try it without even signing up. The free tier gives you 10 generations per month β€” no credit card needed.

Current status

FollowPack is in MVP stage right now. The core features work, but there's a lot more I want to build β€” team collaboration, custom templates, browser extension, and more. I'd love for you to try it out and share your feedback. What's working? What's missing? What would make this a daily tool for you?

One more thing

If you've launched a similar productivity tool before, I'd love to hear: what promotion strategies worked best for you? I'm especially curious about early-stage growth β€” how did you get your first 100 users?

This is a stronger wedge than a generic meeting summary tool because you’re focusing on the part after the call where momentum usually dies. Most tools capture the meeting, but the real value is turning that call into something the client can act on immediately: follow-up email, action items, CRM note, and a clean next step.

I’d probably position FollowPack less as β€œAI meeting notes” and more as a post-call execution layer for freelancers, consultants, and client-service teams. That makes it feel closer to revenue workflow than productivity convenience.

One thing I’d watch is the name. FollowPack explains the current output, but it may become limiting if you expand into templates, collaboration, CRM workflows, and client communication automation. If this grows into a broader client-workflow product, Xevoa.com would age better than a name tied only to follow-up packs.

        One practical thought here.

Since you liked Xevoa but the full domain decision may be early, I can help in a lighter way first.

I do focused naming and positioning audits for early products: current name risk, category framing, domain weakness, whether the brand can scale, and what stronger direction I’d take before more users, launch assets, or product memory build around the current name.

For FollowPack specifically, the key question is whether this stays a follow-up pack tool or becomes a broader post-call execution layer for client work.

I’m doing a few of these at $99 while refining the format. If useful, connect here and I can give you a clear outside read before you lock the product deeper into the current name:

        Thanks, glad it resonates.

Xevoa fits because the product feels bigger than follow-up packs. If it becomes the layer that turns client calls into next steps, CRM updates, emails, and execution workflows, the name needs room to grow beyond meeting notes.

I have access to Xevoa.com, so if that direction is worth seriously exploring, happy to discuss privately and keep it simple.
