I like the no app angle, I ran into the same thing testing QR flows for offline stuff where one extra step killed scans fast. The next question I kept getting was which poster or table card actually pulled the scan, free generators cover launch and ScanLoop is the narrower thing I'm building for that after-print tracking part. If you ever add paid, I'd bet event hosts pay for per-placement scan history before they pay for more design options, ngl.
